My experience with JP&O has been a really good one. I am able to wear my prosthetic everyday it gives me great mobility and I'm out of that wheelchair even though it took a long time this is well been worth the wait and they've done a great job on all the mechanics and everyone is nice and very helpful I have not had any bad experience at all in any of my visits and I've been here at least 25 or 30 times. You have come check them out!
I'm a recent bk amputee and I've had a great experience with JPO. The employees have been very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Angela and Terran have been great. They are knowledgeable and very professional. The receptionists Brenda and Regan are great always helpful and knowledgeable. I've been going to the Rogers Ar location for about a year and have always had a good experience with them. I would recommend them to everyone in need of orthotics or prosthetics.
Staff is always very kind and professional. Office is very clean. We see Hailey for my 6 year old and she is very good with him. And we are very happy with the shoes and inserts! We have tried other orthotic businesses in the area and much prefer JP&O. Will definitely be using for future needs!

What an experience! It felt like home as soon as I walked in the door. Friendly greeting, I felt comfortable before I was even brought back. The staff really listen and explain so well. I would recommend to everyone!
The staff and orthotists at JP&O are excellent and knowledgeable. As a health care professional, I am appreciative of their care for their clients as well as their willingness to go above and beyond to provide what my patients need. I would recommend anyone with orthotic or prosthetic needs to consider this Lab.
I was able to see their specialist in action with my patient. As a nurse I was impressed by the professionalism and caring attitude of the provider. She demonstrated how to use the juxtalite boots and then had the caregiver demonstrate competency as well as making sure the patient was comfortable before leaving. I’m confident these will help my patient.

JP&O is professional, precise, very knowledgeable. I love everyone that works there. I get wonderful orthotics there & they have put me in 3 different off-loading boots. I just can’t say enough GREAT things about this business.
